Peet's Sparkling Rose Cold Brew Coffee recipe

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 7.5 oz club soda
  • 2 tbsp rose syrup
  • 1 cup Peet’s Off the Grid coffee
  • 12 oz filtered water

Directions:

  1. Make the Cold Brew Concentrate: steep 1 cup of Peet’s Off the Grid coffee grounds in filtered water in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight, then strain.
  2. Fill cup ¾ full of ice.
  3. Pour club soda over ice, followed by rose syrup, and 2 ounces Peet’s Off the Grid cold brew concentrate.
  4. Stir and enjoy.
