Visit a participating Chevron or Texaco stations and pay via the Chevron app or follow the instructions on the pump screen to enter your Chevron Rewards number before fueling up. Your available rewards from both for U™ and Chevron Rewards will automatically combine for maximum savings.

Do I have to be a Chevron Rewards member to redeem my for U™ gas rewards at participating Chevron and Texaco stations?
No. You can continue to redeem your for U™ gas rewards for up to $1 off per gallon at participating Chevron and Texaco stations without being a Chevron Rewards member. However, we encourage you to sign up for the Chevron Rewards program to maximize your savings at the pump!
What is the Chevron Rewards program?
Members of the Chevron Rewards program earn points on qualifying fuel purchases when entering their registered phone number at participating Chevron and Texaco stations, which can then be redeemed for up to 50¢ per gallon. Both Chevron Rewards and Texaco Rewards can be earned and redeemed at either participating Chevron or Texaco stations. Learn more about the Chevron Rewards program at ChevronTexacoRewards.com.
My current mobile phone number is different than the number registered to my for U™ account (i.e., landline, phone number no longer in use, etc.). Can I still combine my rewards?
Yes, sign up for Chevron Rewards with your mobile phone number. If you use a different phone number for your for U™ account, simply link that number to your Chevron Rewards account.
On the Chevron app, select Grocery Gas Rewards under Wallet on the home screen, add your for U™ account phone number under for U™ Rewards phone number and press Submit.
On the Chevron Texaco Rewards website, select Grocery Gas Rewards under Wallet, add your for U™ account phone number under for U™ Rewards phone number and press Submit.
You're all set! Just pay via the Chevron app or follow the instructions on the pump screen to enter your Chevron Rewards phone number before fueling up at participating Chevron and Texaco stations. Combined rewards will redeem automatically.
Can I transfer Points or rewards from my for U™ account to my Chevron Rewards account, or vice versa?
No. Points and rewards across for U™ and Chevron Rewards are specific to their respective rewards program and non-transferrable.
Can I use my Chevron Rewards at Safeway fuel stations?
No, Chevron Rewards can only be redeemed at participating Chevron and Texaco stations. They cannot be redeemed at Albertsons Companies fuel stations.

Awarded as 250 points in 5 increments as follows: first 250 points after creating a new Chevron App User Account and each remaining 250 points after each subsequent purchase at a participating station. Points are redeemed for discounts on qualifying fuel purchases. Allow up to 72 hours for points to appear in your User Account after earning and a maximum of 25 gallons with one vehicle per transaction. Other restrictions apply. Safeway Gas Rewards Terms Every 100 Safeway™ Points equals 10 cents off per gallon at participating owned and partner fuel stations. Gas reward savings in a single fuel transaction are limited (i) to 25 gallons for one vehicle per transaction––subject to rounding ; (ii) to the maximum per-gallon gas rewards discount available at our partner fuel stations (typically limited to 20 cents off per gallon) and $1.00 off per gallon at owned fuel stations; and to any transaction dollar limits that your financial institution may place on your payment card. To use rewards for gas, you must establish eligibility by entering the phone number used to register your Safeway™ account before pumping fuel. Points will be available for use at fuel stations approximately one hour after being earned. Gas rewards may be temporarily unavailable for immediate use due to technical or maintenance issues. Gas rewards may be redeemed only at Albertsons Companies’ grocery banner stores fuel stations and at participating partner fuel stations (“participating fuel stations”). Gas rewards are not available in the Jewel-Osco market area. One-Touch Fuel™, Scan & Pay, Fast Forward and SmartCheck are not accepted as forms of payment at participating fuel stations.
