Opulently textured and generously fruited, our first Central Coast Pinot is a true crowd-pleaser and offers tremendous pleasure at a reasonable price point. This Santa Rita Hills juice showcases loads of ripe, velvety black fruit (black cherry, plum and red raspberry), sweet spice notes and a long, lip-smacking finish. Delicious on release, a 16-month stint in French oak (25% new) gives the wine just enough support and tannin to provide a solid frame for near- to mid-term cellaring.
