Handling Instructions: Since our bread is baked without preservatives, we recommend enjoying within a few days of purchase. If you need more time, we offer these suggestions: Store our bread on your kitchen counter in the bag for several days. If you need more time we recommend freezing. Freeze your loaf in the bag for up to one month. Freezing is preferrable to refrigeration. Thaw bread at room temperature or place frozen slice directly in toaster or oven. Very dry bread can be re-hydrated by dabbing water on the crumb before refreshing.
