Directions
1. In a medium saucepan bring 1-3/4 cups water and 1 tbsp olive oil to a boil. 2. Add a rice mix, stir and reduce heat to simmer at medium low setting. 3. Cover and cook for 7-9 minutes or until rice is tender. 4. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. 5. Stir and enjoy!
