Directions Just add meat & toppings. In 3 Easy Steps! Kit Includes: Medium Pineapple Pepper Sauce. Mild Jerk Seasoning Mix. 10 Flour Tortilla. You Will Need: 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 1/2-inch cubes. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 2 tablespoons water. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. 1. Stir chicken pieces, oil, and Seasoning Mix in 10-inch non-stick skillet until well coated. Cook over medium-high heat 7 to 8 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked (165 degrees F). Reduce heat; add water and cook uncovered, while stirring, 1 to 2 minutes, or to desired consistency. 2. Remove tortillas from bag. To heat in microwave, place stack of tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with microwavable paper towel. Microwave on High 30 to 45 seconds until warm. (To heat in oven, wrap tortillas in foil; place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes until warm.) 3. Spoon chicken filling onto tortillas. Top with desired toppings and Pineapple Pepper Sauce. To Prepare Using Pork: Substitute 1 lb pork tenderloin cut into 12-inch cubes for chicken and increase oil to 2 Tablespoons. Suggested Toppings: Fresh mango or pineapple, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro.
