Ingredient List: (1) Creamy Coconut Pancake Mix (8 oz bag). (2) 3/4 cup water. Cooking Instructions: Whisk 8 oz pouch of Creamy Coconut Pancake Mix with 3/4 cup water (Must use wire whisk) Batter should be slightly lumpy. (2) Pour about cup batter onto 1/4 lightly greased griddle or non-stick frying pan over medium heat (375 degrees F/190 degrees C). (3) Cook pancakes until golden brown, approximately 1-1/2 minutes per side. Cook until pancake begin to rise, bubbles appear on the top of pancakes, and edges begin to dry. Turn only once. Enjoy!
