Cooking Instructions: Skillet: (when using as ingredient for recipes) 1 Place skillet on stove top on medium high heat. 2 Remove the outer packaging and paper before cooking. 3 Place sausage in skillet, break up into desired size with utensil while cooking. 4 Cook the sausage until golden brown (no pink, approximately 10-12 minutes). 5 Internal temperature should reach 160 degrees F. 6 Drain & use in your favorite recipe.
