Bake: Cooking Instructions Cook from Frozen Oven 1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. 2. Remove tray from box. Vent corner of film and place tray on center rack of oven. 3. Bake for 50 minutes. 4. Remove tray from oven and let stand for 1 minute. Microwave: Cooking Instructions Cook from Frozen 1100 Watt Microwave on High 1. Remove tray from outer carton; pull back film to vent. 2. Cook on high for 5 minutes. 3. Pull back film and stir thoroughly. Replace film. 4. Cook on high for 4 minutes. 5. Let stand in microwave 1 minute. 6. Remove film. Stir and enjoy! 700 Watt Microwave on High 1. Remove tray from outer carton; pull back film to vent. 2. Cook on high for 6 minutes. 3. Pull back film and stir thoroughly. Replace film. 4. Cook on high for 5 minutes. 5. Let stand in microwave 1 minute. 6. Remove film. Stir and enjoy! Keep frozen.
