The word Panthera is believed to be of East Asian origin, meaning the yellowish animal or gold-yellow. This striking Chardonnay is opulent in style and beautifully textured with flavors of yellow stone fruits that are highlighted by French oak and supported by a perfect backbone of acidity. The Hess Collection family owned c. 1978. 14.3% alc. by vol. Produced and bottled by the Hess Collection Winery, Napa, California, USA.
