Directions Quick & easy preparation! Simply mix with eggs & oil! What You'll Need: 1/2 cup oil; 3 extra large eggs; 9 inch square pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Empty contents of package into mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup oil and only 2 eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add 3rd egg and beat for additional 2 minutes. Pour batter into greased (or baking paper lined) pan. Bake on 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Note: for higher cakes use 8 inch pan and bake 45 minutes.
