Directions Keep frozen. Prepare me! Stovetop: Saute from frozen in a non stick pan over medium heat for 1 min each side. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover for 2 mins (3 tablespoons water for 2 pieces). Uncover, turn and cook for an additional minute. Let rest for 1 min and serve. Tip: Do not overcook. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F.
