To maximize the flavor, remove from refrigeration and allow the desired portion to remain at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Keep refrigerated at 38 degrees F (3 degrees C) or less. Ducktrap smoked salmon has been carefully sealed in a vacuum package. Because we use no artificial preservatives, our smoked salmon needs to be kept refrigerated at 38 F or less when not being served. It is best stored unopened until the Use By date on the package. Unopened, it can be frozen for up to 3 months. After opening, it should be kept well wrapped in the refrigerator and eaten within 4 days. Perishable: Keep refrigerated at 38 degrees F or below. Use within four days of opening.
