Yes. Your current Safeway for U™ offers will apply when you shop online, provided the account you used to register for DriveUp & Go™ is the same as or linked to your in-store Safeway for U™ account. Safeway for U™ savings will be reflected on your final receipt at the time of pick up.
Do Safeway Grocery DriveUp & Go™ Associates load my car?
Yes. Simply park your vehicle in a designated DriveUp & Go™ parking spot and call the phone number on the designated sign. A Safeway Associate will bring your groceries to your car and load them on your behalf.
Do Safeway Grocery DriveUp & Go™ Associates accept tips?
No, our Associates do not accept tips. They do, however, appreciate your gratitude!
Does Safeway also offer Grocery Delivery?
Yes! Safeway offers grocery delivery 7 days a week between 8 AM and 10 PM local time, in most locations.
How does curbside pickup work?
Choose your preferred store location online or in our mobile app. After adding items to your cart, select an available pickup time. When your order is ready, park in the designated Drive Up & Go™ stalls and notify the store of your arrival via the app or by calling the number on the signage.
Is there a fee for grocery pickup?
Pickup fees vary by location and selected time slot. Any applicable service fees are displayed at the time of checkout before you finalize your order.
Can I use coupons with my pickup order?
Yes, you can apply digital coupons and earn loyalty rewards points on all eligible items in your curbside order. Be sure to clip your digital coupons in the app before completing your purchase.
