Directions
Safety Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food product may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Thaw product prior to cooking. Grill: preheat grill to medium-low. Grill covered for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and browned. Turning links often. Skillet: Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning links often. Reduce heat to medium-low. Carefully add 1/2 cup water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until cooked through. For food safety, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
