Preparation Instructions. Microwave [preferred method): 1. Place sauce pouch in a bowl of hot water until heated thoroughly. 2. Open bag of chicken and empty into microwave safe container. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes. 3. Combine with sauce from pouch and cover with plastic wrap. Heat for an additional 1 - 2 minutes or until hot (Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment varies in temperature). Note: microwave operating at 1200 watts. Adjust cook times to individual microwave. Results may vary. Pan Fry: 1. Place sauce pouch in a bowl of hot water until heated thoroughly. 2. Preheat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat for 1 minute or until oil is hot. 3. Open bag of chicken and empty into pan and heat for 3 minutes uncovered. 4. Cover and heat for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Uncover and add sauce, then mix well. 6. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until hot (internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment varies in temperature). Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place sauce pouch in a bowl of hot water until heated thoroughly. 3. Open bag of chicken and empty into oven safe container and heat for 10 - 12 minutes. 4. Open sauce pouch, stir into chicken to combine, and heat for an additional 2 minutes (internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment varies in temperature). Caution: contents may be hot.
