Directions
How to: Step 1: Add water or milk to dotted line (7 fl oz). Shake well. Do not top off. Step 2: Refrigerate before bed. We recommend at least 4 hours, over night is perfect! Step 3: Wake and shake. Enjoy on the go. After mixing, keep refrigerated until ready to consume and enjoy within 36 hours.
