Directions Cook Thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven recommended method: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Remove sauce packet from package and place it in warm water until thawed 3. Line sheet pan with foil and spray lightly with nonstick spray 4. Spread frozen chicken and vegetable pieces evenly across pan 5. Place pan in center of preheated oven and cook for 18 minutes 6. Remove pan from oven, drizzle sauce across pan and return pan to oven for an additional 2 minutes 7. Remove pan from oven, stir & serve keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality follow these instructions. Check that product is cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Microwave: Microwave Oven 1100 watts: 1. Remove sauce packet from package and place in warm water until thawed 2. Place frozen chicken and vegetables in a 2qt microwave safe bowl and cover 3. Cook for 9 minutes on high stirring halfway through 4. Remove bowl from microwave, mix in thawed sauce, return to microwave and cook for an additional minute 5. Remove bowl from microwave and serve. Caution: Product will be hot. Keep frozen until ready to use. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust timing accordingly to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Keep frozen.
