Delicious mashed potatoes. Ready in minutes!. We've used certified Idaho potatoes to make our rich and creamy mashed potatoes that you can enjoy anytime with none of the prep or mess. Our mashed potato medallions et you make one serving or an entire bag in minutes!. Cooking directions: For food safety: Product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Read and follow cooking instructions as a product must reach a minimum of 170 degrees F (77 degrees Celsius) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Stovetop: (1) Place half bag of frozen potatoes in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup of water; cover. (2) Cook on medium heat for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally. (3) Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving. Microwave oven (half bag): (1 ) Pour half bag of potatoes into a microwave safe dish. Add 1/4 cup of water; cover. (2) Cook on high for 4 minutes. (3) Mash and stir potatoes and replace cover. (4) Cook on high for 4 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving. Microwave oven (Two serving): (1) Place 16 potato pieces into a microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water; cover. (2) Cook on high for 3 minutes. (3) Mash and stir potatoes and replace cover. (4) Cook on high for 3 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Stir before serving.
Keep frozen.
