Directions
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Stove Top: For best results, cook from frozen. Bring 1/2 cup water to a rapid/rolling boil in a saucepan. Add desired amount of frozen vegetables. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and heat gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and stir prior to serving. Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100-watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. Do not puncture or open bag prior to cooking. Loosen vegetables in bag before placing bag in microwave oven. Place the bag in your microwave, this side up, and cook on high for 6-7 minutes. Carefully remove bag from microwave by handling at the corners. Let bag sit for approx. 1 minute. Carefully cut open the bag and remove vegetables from the steaming pouch; season to taste and serve. Warning: The contents of this bag are hot - use extreme care when handling. Microwave this side up. Needs to be fully cooked. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time as necessary.
