Directions
Cook thoroughly. Preparation (Prepare entire package) Keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality purposes, this product must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F prior to eating. Since stove tops and skillets may vary time and temperature may need adjustment. You Need: 6 large eggs and no-stick cooking spray. 1. Beat 6 eggs with a wire whisk in medium bowl until well blended; set aside. 2. Open package and remove cheese pouch; set aside. 3. Spray a large 12-inch non-stick skillet with no-stick cooking spray; pour in vegetable/meat pouch contents. 4. Cook and stir over Medium Heat for 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are hot and browned. Pour beaten eggs evenly over vegetable mixture. Open cheese pouch and sprinkle cheese over eggs, if desired. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. 5. Serve. Caution: Product will be hot! Cook's Tip: For best results recommend using a non-stick skillet. For a lighter version substitute 12 egg whites or liquid egg substitutes for whole eggs.
Keep frozen.
