Boulard V.S.O.P. offers a sublimely fine balance between ripe apple, almond and a smooth melted brioche like notes. It comes from the blending of minimum 4 years old Pays d' Auge Calvados and above, aged in oak barrels after a double distillation process using an alambic a repasse (put still) heated with a naked an open flame.
