Steam in bag. Microwave: Perfect potatoes in 5 minutes. Microwave instructions: Place bag this side up. Do not cut or puncture bag. Package will inflate and may make hissing and popping noises. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Caution: Hot! Be careful of steam. Wait for bag to deflate (approximately 1 minute). Carefully cut open bag. Empty into serving dish and enjoy. Simple Sweet Potatoes: 1. Cook according to instructions. 2. Split potato down the middle. 3. Season with a salt and pepper and top with a pat of butter Caution: Hot steam microwave only.
