Directions
Ingredients You Need: 4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken, sliced 1/3 cup small bite-size broccoli florets. 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil. 1/4 cup chunked red bell pepper. Directions: 1. Cook rice noodles in boiling water 4 minutes. Drain noodles. 2. Mean while, stir-fry chicken and broccoli in hot oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add bell pepper. Stir-fry 1 minute longer, or until chicken is fully cooked. 3. Reduce heat and stir in sauce. 4. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
