Made with raw milk aged a minimum of 8 months. USDA Organic. Oregon Tilth Certified Organic. 100% grass-fed. No grain. Grassmilk raw sharp cheddar. Exceptionally delicious, grassmilk cheese is handcrafted in small batches with milk from 100% grass-fed cows, who only eat organic pasture and forages never grain. To achieve the optimal flavor our milk is heat-treated to 158 degrees F for 15 seconds. Certified grass-fed organic dairy.
