Microwave: Microwave Directions: Add kale and 1/4 cup water to 1 -1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; Microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain if necessary. 1200 (Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended)): 8:00 to 8:30 (Time on High); 1000 (Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave.
