Pancake & Waffle Mix
Natural antioxidants! So delicious and I use my moms fresh eggs & milk! Goes beyond whole grain. Ounce for ounce, more antioxidants than blueberries, pomegranate juice, many fruits & vegetables. See side panel for ORAC values. Whole Grain: 31 g or more per serving. Eat 48 g or more of whole grains daily. WholeGrainsCouncil.org. New! We grow the antioxidants that make our pancake mix truly unique! New! Grain Berry Pancake Mix starts with whole grain wheat for that healthy nutty flavor. But we go well beyond whole grain. Our farmers grow high tannin sorghum just for Grain Berry to boost the antioxidant and bioactive content like no other pancake and waffle mix. Thats why our ORAC level is higher than other grains and many fruits and vegetables. Of course, when it comes to fun foods like pancake and waffles, taste is the key and we will put our Grain Berry whole wheat taste up against any other mix - bar none.
