Directions Recommended Cooking Method: Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place on a non-stick baking tray. Bake for 7-9 minutes. Let stand 1 minutes, turn over and bake for additional 7-9 minutes. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Skillet: Preheat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add 2 tsp. of your favorite vegetable oil. Saute tossing the Greek Meatballs occasionally for 6 minutes. Turn heat down/medium and cover. Saute for an additional 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook from frozed to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Enjoy! Suggested serving. Eggplant soy balls. Keep frozen.
