Directions
To Measure Blood Pressure & Pulse: 1. Make sure the cuff tube is securely connected to the monitor. 2. Side arm through cuff until the bottom edge is about 1/2 inch above your elbow. Adjust the cuff until it is snug against your arm without being to tight. 3. Sit and rest for 5 minutes prior to measurement. Relax your arm and push start button. (See instruction manual for details) (Follow instructions of use to avoid hazards). Easy to use.
