Directions Preparation Instructions: Thawing Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove frozen fillets from vacuum pouch. Place fish on a plate, cover and thaw in refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Cooking from Thaw Instructions: Grill or broil 4-6 minutes per side (Cooking time will vary according to thickness of fish). Sear in a cast iron skillet at medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side (Cooking time will vary according to thickness of fish). Oven temperature may vary.
