Heat ribs for 30 minutes. 4. Remove foil cover at this time. Continue heating for another 10 minutes. 5. Remove from oven and let rest on counter for 5 minutes. Grill: 1. Place ribs on grill meaty side up. 2. Heat for approximately 10 minutes or until bone ends show small bubble (sign the middle is hot). 3. Flip ribs and continue heating for 5 minutes. 4.
