Directions
You Will Need: 8 oz flat, wide rice noodles. 2 tbsp sunflower oil. 2 cups shredded (julienned) carrots. 1 cup bean sprouts. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 1 pouch Simply Organic Pad Thai Simmer Sauce. Directions: 1. Immerse rice noodles in very warm water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside. 2. In a wide skillet or wok, heat oil over high heat. Add carrots, bean sprouts and cabbage, and stir fry 2 to 3 minutes, until softened. 3. Add noodles and sauce and cook, stirring, until noodles are softened and sauce begins to thicken. 4. Garnish with toasted chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro, and serve with a wedge of lime.
Chef Suggest: For a more authentic dish, add shrimp and a fried egg.
