Directions
You Will Need: 1 1/2 pounds steak, thinly sliced; 2 tbsp sunflower oil; 1 head butter lettuce or green lettuce. 1 pouch Simply Organic Korean BBQ Simmer Sauce. Directions: 1. In a heavy skillet or grill pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and sear until browned. Reduce heat to medium. 2. Add sauce and stir to coat. Allow sauce to thicken slightly, then remove from heat. 3. Serve with fresh lettuce leaves for wrapping. Do not microwave.
Chef Suggests: For vegetarian wraps, substitute 1-1/2 lbs portobello or shiitake mushrooms for the steak.
