Directions Stove Top - Bring 6 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add 1 package (8 oz.) Franklin Farms Edamame and 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional). Return to a boil. Cook 2 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold running water to cool. Drain well and serve. Microwave - Rinse beans in cool water. Place in microwave safe container and cover with water. Cook uncovered on High for 2 minutes. Drain and season. Serving Suggestions - Edamame can be served hot or cold. Quick and easy ways to serve Franklin Farms Edamame are in appetizers, salads, casseroles, snacks, stir fry or soups.
