Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Guide: Grill: Remove the lamb shoulder chops from the packaging, season with salt, pepper & chopped garlic (optional). Brush lightly with olive oil. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes. Heat and grill or saute the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil to medium/hot. Place the lamb shoulder chops on the grill or in the saute pan, lower the grill/stove to medium, cook 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare (145 degrees F internal temperature). Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
