Directions
How to Cook: Rinse rice under cold water before cooking (some color will bleed upon rising). Bring 2 cups of water to a vigorous boil. Add 1 cup of black rice and cover. Lower heat and simmer for about 35 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. Ready in about 35 min. Black Rice is an agricultural product. Despite the use of modern cleaning equipment it is not always possible to remove all foreign material. Always rinse and sort Black Rice before cooking.
