Pie, Pumpkin, Bakery Quality
The original Claim Jumpers flourished in the rich gold and silver mining territories of the Wild West more than a century ago. In1977 we opened our first Claim Jumper Restaurant with a recipe for success we think is as foolproof as it is simple: great traditional American food served in generous portions, friendly service and a clean and comfortable environment. Today Claim Jumper is one of the fastest growing restaurant operations in the country, with locations in California, Colorado. Washington, Arizona and Nevada. Our delicious frozen appetizers, pot pies, dinners, family meals and desserts include both our traditional Western favorites and a variety of classic American recipes. Rest assured, all of our recipes still call for only the finest ingredients prepared with care. Thanks for taking our Pumpkin Pie home. As always, we love to hear from you. Please send us your comments along with the proof of purchase seal from the side panel. Made in the USA.

Directions
Baking Directions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove plastic wrapper from pie. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place frozen pie on cookie sheet on center oven rack. Bake pie for 65-75 minutes. To test if your pie is fully baked, insert a toothpick into the center of the pie; the pie is fully baked if the toothpick comes out clean. Remove pie from oven on cookie sheet and let cool. Pie is best when served cool. Allow pie to cool at least 2 hours. Baking Tips: If edges of pie begin to brown excessively, cover edges with a strip of aluminum foil and continue baking. The pie is done when the outside edge of the filling is firm and the center is slightly domed. Serve pie with a dollop of whipped cream. Keep frozen until ready to bake. To give your lattice crust an even more beautiful, flaky appearance, brush on a beaten egg before baking (avoid brushing the egg on the pattern around the pie's edge). Keep frozen until ready to bake.
