Directions
Thawing Instructions: Place a stand up strainer on a plate, then cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Rinse lightly with cold running water and let drain, approx. 2 minutes. Quick thawing instructions: Remove desired amount of shrimp from bag. Run shrimp under cold water 6-8 minutes or until thawed. Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: 1. Place Freedom's Choice Frozen Shrimp in boiling water. 2. Add 2 tablespoon of salt (optional). 3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes to an internal temperature of 145 degree F. 4. Remove shrimp immediately and place in cold water. 5. serve. Broiler: 1 Rinse shrimp thoroughly in cold water. Dry. 2. Place peeled shrimp on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter or italian salad dressing. 3. Broil 4 inches from source of heat approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degree F. 4. Serve immediately.
