Microwave: 1. Shake canister well before each use. 2. For 1 serving, combine Protein Oats, water (use milk for 6 g of extra protein per serving), and salt (optional) into a microwave safe bowl. 3. Stir until combined. 4. Heat in microwave on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes (Directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Microwave vary. Adjust cooking time as needed). Caution!
