Directions
Heating Instructions: Do not defrost artichokes. Stovetop: Heat desired amount of frozen artichokes in a pot of boiling water for 9 to 10 minutes. Adjust time for desired tender-ness. Drain, plate, and drizzle with Botticelli extra virgin olive oil, spices, or your favorite dressing or sauce. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen artichokes in a baking dish, drizzle with Botticelli extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with some sea salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes until artichoke edges are slightly golden.
Cooked Botticelli artichokes can elevate just about any dish: pastas, soups, salads, breads, quiches, pot roasts, sandwiches, dips and so much more.
