Directions Carne Asada Recipe: Makes 6 servings/ready in 30 minutes. 1 package Little's Cuisine Street Taco Mix; 1/4 cup avocado or olive oil; 2 tbsp. apple cider; 1.5 lb skirt teak; 12 white corn tortillas. 1. Combine Street Taco Mix, oil and cider. 2. Add steak and marinate in refrigerator hot grill or skillet. 4. Thinly slice steak and and serve in warm tortillas. 5. Top with chopped red onions, cilantro, jalapeno, diced tomatoes, pico de gallo.
