When Amy was growing up, we'd visit our local Chinese restaurant and always order sweet & sour tofu for the whole family. So we were thrilled when Amy's chefs came up with a recipe for our family's favorite Asian meal. To make this dish, they mix crunchy organic broccoli florets and bright, colorful bell peppers with fresh house-made tofu and mix in organic brown rice and quinoa. Then they tie it all together with a sweet and tangy Asian-style sauce. Delicious - the only thing missing is a fortune cookie. Family Owned Since 1987. Directions
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Stir. Cover bowl with foil. Bake for 30-35 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
