Directions Heating Instructions: Heat from frozen. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Microwave Oven: Lift film seal on a quarter portion of the bowl. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Remove film and stir from outside to inside. Microwave for an additional 1 minute and 30 seconds on high. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place bowl on baking tray in center of oven. Heat for 25 minutes. Remove film and stir. Heat for an additional 15-17 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute and enjoy. Caution: Bowl will be hot. Keep frozen.
