Our chefs combine tender organic spinach, fire roasted sweet potatoes and Amy's house-made tofu with jasmine rice and cilantro. A blend of coconut milk, garlic, ginger and a splash of lime, plus a sprinkle of roasted almonds and cashews, add a finishing touch to what we consider an instant classic. Directions
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Stir. Cover bowl with foil. Bake for 20-25 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
