Bowl is a delicious dish straight from a part of the world thats near and dear to our hearts. Our chefs combine stir-fried tender organic spinach, fire roasted sweet potatoes and Amys house-made marinated tofu with jasmine rice and cilantro. A blend of coconut milk, garlic, ginger and a splash of lime, plus a sprinkle of roasted almonds and cashews, adds a finishing touch to what we consider an instant classic. Directions Microwave or regular oven. Directions: Oven may vary. Microwave Oven make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil. Stir. Cover bowl with foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
