Directions Preparation Instructions: Sliced: Slice into rounds 12-inch thick to microwave, bake, saute or grill. Heat & serve polenta is a versatile and ready-to-use ingredient. Serve warm topped with marinara sauce, roasted veggies, meat or cheese. Creamy: To create soft polenta (not in rounds), heat in microwave with just a little water, stock or milk. Blend with a fork for desired consistency. Heat again and serve. Slice & Serve Inspiration: Serve cold topped with antipasti. Ditch the noodles and layer up a new lasagna. Create mini polenta pizzas. Scoop out center of thick slices to create stuffed polenta. Bake in muffin pan topped with breakfast-style garnishes. Cut, fry, then serve with grated parmesan. Grill and serve topped with veggies.
