Directions
You Will Need: 3 medium potatoes (about 1 lb); 1-1/2 tablespoon oil. Easy to Make: Makes 6 servings. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and pat dry potatoes. 2. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. With cut side down, cut each half lengthwise into 4 or more wedges. Place in large bowl. 3. In small bowl, mix 1 tbsp of seasoning mix with 1-1/2 tbsp of oil. 4. Pour seasoning mixture over potato wedges and toss until evenly coated. 5. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, turning them over once after 15 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on the desired crispness. Serving Suggestion: Grilling/Roasting: For flavorful steaks, roasts or chicken, sprinkle this seasoning on before grilling or roasting.
