To saute, add frozen noodles directly to preheated nonstick skillet and cook on med-high heat. Stir occasionally and season to taste. Cook until softened (8-12 minutes). Zucchini is naturally high in water and will release water during cooking. Use a strainer to drain any excess water before serving. It's that easy - enjoy! Keep frozen until ready to use.
