Directions Cup4Cup Pancakes & Waffles: Ingredients: 1-3/4 cup Cup4Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix. 1-1/4 cup milk. 3 large eggs. 6 tablespoons melted butter. Yield twelve 5-inch pancakes or six 4-inch waffles. Instructions: Prep: Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or waffle maker on medium heat. Mix: Place the Cup4Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix into a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the milk and eggs to combine thoroughly. Whisk in the melted butter until the batter is smooth and silky. Cook for Pancakes: Ladle 1/4 cup of the batter on the griddle. Cook until bubbles appear over the top of the pancake and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and repeat on the second side, about 1 to 1-1/2 minutes cooking time. Keep the pancake warm and repeat with the remaining batter. For Waffles: Ladle 1/3-1/2 cup batter into each well of a preheated Belgian waffle maker. Close the lid and cook until golden brown and crisp, about 5 minutes. Keep warm and repeat with the remaining batter.
