Directions You Will Need: 1 package of Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix; 1 packet yeast (included); 3/4 cup very warm water; 1 egg; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and grease one 12-inch pizza pan. In a large bowl, combine water and yeast packet and stir until yeast is dissolved. Add Pizza Crust Mix, oil and egg and stir until soft dough forms. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Press dough into 12-inch pizza pan, using lingers dusted with gluten-free flour. Bake crust before topping for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Add toppings and bake 10 minutes longer until toppings are done. Keep in a dry cool place. Do not eat raw dough. Do not under bake.
